I’m happy with the look and construction of the strap. I was mixed about buying a strap with quick release spring bars as I’ve had issues with them in the past (there’s a weak point on the strap next to the bar release that can easily tear and it has for me before). I’m not sure if it’s the spring bars artisan uses or the watch lugs but I struggled to get the strap off the watch as the ends of the pins are really long. I would release the one side and the bar wouldn’t come out because of the length of the pins and the angle that the strap needed to be at to be removed. This will end up wrecking the watch pin holes or the pins or in my case it stretched the leather around the spring bars release. I don’t know if I can use this strap moving forward on my watch which is why I gave it the rating it got.
This strap met my expectations. That might not sound like a glowing review but it is as the strap was expensive and I’m very happy with it. Time will tell how it wears and patina’s but I like it a lot more than the factory options from Cartier. The buckle was fine but I used a buckle that matches the watch.

As we weren't able to confirm the size you needed and don't currently stock the 22mm deployant clasp, we issued you a full refund for your clasp so you weren't left out of pocket.

I have ordered and received over a dozen watch straps from Artisan this year. My experience with them has always been positive. The product is well made and the workmanship is perfect. They are prompt with responses and shipping time is reasonable considering they are shipping from Australia. I will continue to purchase my watch straps from Artisan.
Fantastic leather, colour, and finishing. I just I found it too thin, if it was a bit thicker 2.5mm - 3mm, it would have been perfect!!
I purchased 3 lizard leather straps since I love the brand.Since the 2 out of 3 were perfectly fine,the Whiskey lizard straps' quick release spring bar was faulty.I came in contact with costumer service but I was just advised to use a special tool.

To clarify, as the knob of the quick-release unexpectedly came off, we mentioned that the best way to remove the existing strap without damaging the strap was to use a needle or pin to act as the lever/knob that came off.
Once you have removed the strap, the quick-release spring bars can be replaced and we have already mailed you replacement spring bars.
A few hours after ordering I realized that I ordered the wrong cooler (wanted Opal Blue but had ordered Millennium blue) . Sent them an email and within a hour they had responded and changed my order to Opal. While not quite as bright a blue as the online picks show, but still a good looking brighter blue than standard navy.
This strap is so comfortable and is effortless to wear. It looks beautiful and the materials feel excellent, The calf skin is extremely supple with fantastic texture. I would not hesitate to order again. The customer service team at artisan is also fantastic, they earned a long term customer. I would not hesitate to recommend this strap or any strap from Artisan to a friend

I have an Oris and I don't like the buckle arrangement, so wanted to replace it with a clasp. The clasp was as described and fits the watch well. The deployment mechanism needed a little lubrication, but that's easy.
