Hi Guys, i love the quality of the strap and your company but I am very disappointed in the color. It is not navy at all. It is almost black. The pic on your website makes it look much lighter. Bought many straps from Artisan Straps at this point. Recently got one for my Patek 5196g, which paired beautifully.
The black suede strap is everything I was hoping for to give a more office/business vibe to the Polaris. Really soft and comfortable out of the pack. It fits perfectly with the JLC clasp.

Strap is constructed with high quality leather and with just the right level of padding to add structure while still being beautifully supple out of the box. The blue toned grey colour combined with pared back sheen makes it a versatile strap that allows it to fit in from formal office settings to more casual environments. I think I managed to match the blue thread with the blue hands quite well, beautifully put together and probably the most comfortable leather strap I've worn. The guys are sending me another strap because they don't like the scar on the leather but I think it adds character. This is on a Seiko Pressage 60s Style 110th Anniversary edition.
Wanted to replace the "alligator" strap that came with my Seiko Pressage. This strap is beautiful and super comfortable. Definitely recommend, will probably end up getting one of the real croc/gator straps at some point. Works well with the existing Pressage clasp too.
