I had a small issue with one of the original straps I was sent and was expecting a standard exchange that could take weeks; the solution that Jayson provided really went above and beyond and honestly I was just very impressed and grateful for how it was handled.
Artisan straps will definitely be my go to strap maker in the future 🙂

Just got this navy glazed ostrich leg leather strap for my partner and it’s even better in person. The texture is gorgeous. And the color it’s richer than the photos let on, a proper deep navy. The stitch is really nice as well . Loving it so far
The strap looks amazing on my Grand Seiko SBGA413. I got the gray with pink stitching and it looks great. Custom items take a little over a month to be delivered which is annoying if you’re as impatient as I am, but definitely worth it.
I ordered it as a custom bespoke option for my reverso, and I love it! The quality of the stitch and leather are better than genuine JLC leather. It is little stiff at the first time, but after few weeks, it perfectly fit on me.
This is a very pretty strap and, as ever, very comfortable to wear.

Leather is breaking in well; patina already starting. As buttero goes, it conforms to the wrist with only three wears.
The color and texture of the Taupe Epsom leather are absolutely superb.
