Firstly, the team’s communication ahead of purchase (querying size of watch, ability to attach original strap buckle etc.) was fantastic! This provided me with added comfort and ultimately led to me proceeding with my purchase.
Secondly, the quality of the strap is phenomenal. The added touch of including the tool used to switch out the strap was much appreciated and ensured there was no delay in me fitting my new strap immediately upon receipt.

Very comfortable - Padding gives it good structure and shape. The white Aqua Terra is sometimes sold with a grey rubber strap, which I didn't get with the bracelet - I wanted something casual but not too sporty. This grey suede is perfect. Quick-release pins are great when travelling.

When I was searching the internet for someone to make me a lizard skin strap I found that many were not available to me due to the restrictions on the trade in exotic skins under the Washington convention and CITES. Thankfully I found Artisan Straps here in Australia where no such restrictions apply.
The quality of the leather is premium and the craftsmanship is flawless and beautifully stitched. I was also extremely happy to see that Artisan offer a curved ends service so that I can wear my strap on my Rolex Explorer without the sharp case edge cutting through it like others that wen't before. The whole ordering process is extremely streamlined with a perfect user experience.
As I have a large wrist I was also pleased to be able to utilise the Made to Order service to get my strap just perfect for me. Too many off the shelf options are not available to me due to their inadequate length so Artisan Straps were a lifesaver in this regard. No hassles, no fuss, just good honest hand made straps by a man at the top of his trade.
