This is a lovely strap, I’m usually a bit dubious about buying a watch strap near on $100 online because they don’t end up looking like the store photo. But this strap drew me in so much that I took a gamble on it, and it came exactly as portrayed in the photo. The buckle is fine and I’m loving the quick release springbars. I will definitely be using AS for my next purchase.

Second strap I’ve bought from Artisan. Quality as good as the originals but Artisan straps fit better and suit the watch better.
The strap is made to order stingray and is absolutely gorgeous. The service was prompt and communication was great. Will definitely order from them again.

It's a superbly crafted watch strap!
Nothing to fault with the strap itself - looks great and not out of place with my dress watch. The only minor criticism I had was that the spring bars were just a fraction smaller than fit my watch, but I had the original spring bars from the manufacturer’s strap so no real issue there. Would order again.
The strap is nice and as expected however the Large version is still too small for my 8 inch wrist. Because of this it doesn’t feel great for me personally wearing it.
Love it has changed to look and feel of the watch would buy again

this is by far the worst shipping experience i did a customized strap since march 10th and i asked for some additional customization and to be fair the did it for me even after they finished the strap however the strap based on their claims was dispatched and dropped at aramex since May 8th and today we are in May 25th and the tracking status is still shipment not received from the shipper !!!! And by the way you need to WhatsApp them multiple times until they responed. By the way sine i bought the strap i received multiple watches and straps from HongKong and Singapore from other merchant and it was delivered in 3-5 days including customs clearance.
By the way the comments need to be approved by the seller therefore this experience will be highlighted in Google maps to make sure people know about the level of service they will get.

For some context: when you placed the order, I let you know upfront that shipping to the Middle East would be difficult and costly due to the ongoing conflict. You agreed to proceed with the custom strap and to cover shipping with DHL Express once it was ready. When the DHL quote came in higher than you were comfortable with due to the Elevated-risk surcharge, we agreed together to use Aramex as a more affordable alternative. Unfortunately, because Aramex operates limited flights to the region right now and, your parcel sat in transit longer than any of us would have liked.
I also want to acknowledge the communication side of things. I do my best to reply quickly, but I'm not always able to respond on weekends, and I understand that the wait felt frustrating on your end.
I appreciate your patience throughout the process, and I'm sorry the overall experience left you disappointed.
