So, I ordered this from Germany. I waited for 4 weeks for the stripe to be crafted (which is normal because they have some straps that they must produce and it takes them approximately 4 weeks). After that they did send it, but it came to German customs, was shortly held there and was returned instantly to Australia. I am assuming it was missing some data or something similar because Germans are strict in this sense.
I wrote them an e-mail, but I never got a response. Then they sent me this automatic "Submit Verified Review" email and I answered that I will wait until they respond. However, I still haven't received the response and then I decided to write this review. I haven't received either the strap or my money back. Soon I am going for a 3 week vacation, so even if they resend the stripe I wouldnt be able to pick it up. I have heard good things about their straps and quality, but I wouldn't recommend international orders. Other than that, it is hard to contact them and even if you send an e-mail, they dont respond. So customer support is questionable. I really dont like writing this review, especially that I know that they make good products (I have heard only good things about their items), but international shipments must be handled better and also customer support must be existent (for obvious reasons that I already mentioned).
This was my first purchase. I just forgot to post the review. Just like OEM at a third of the price. I’m already on my fourth one in six months, so that should tell you how much I like them.
Another great strap from Artisan Straps. This is my second copy of this strap (on the chronograph). I got this for my Omega dress watch and my chronograph watch because of how much I love it.
