Cassis Purple Nubuck Leather Strap

Cassis Purple Nubuck is a leather from the France tannery, Remy Carriat. It is a very soft and supple calfskin with a very light nap. Nubuck leather also showcases the subtle natural scars of the leather creating a slightly rugged look.

With wear, this Cassis nubuck will develop a rich patina. We've found that the tan nubuck strap works particularly well with dark-dial watches but also dresses down light coloured dials for a rustic look. The rich warm tone of the beige nubuck also complements gold and rose gold watches nicely.

The sizing is in the format as follows: (LUG WIDTH/BUCKLE WIDTH)

• The lug width refers to the width of the strap at the lugs (where it connects to the watch).
• The buckle width refers to the width of the strap at the buckle or clasp.

For the strap length:

• Short: 105mm/70mm will suit a 145 mm - 167.5 mm wrist size. (5.7 - 6.7 inches)
• Standard: 115mm/75mm will suit a 162.5mm - 182.5mm wrist size. (6.4 - 7.1 inches)
• Long: 125mm/80mm will suit a 182.5 mm - 212.5 mm wrist size. (7.1 - 8.2 inches)

With our leather straps, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with, and submerging the strap in water. While our leathers may have strong water resistance on the surface, water may seep through the core of the strap through the stitching holes.

Avoid contact with alcohol and solvents (think perfumes and colognes!) as this weakens the integrity of the edge finishing.
