Lifetime Warranty

We are proud of our products, materials, and craftsmanship. We believe that you deserve a product that lasts. 

All Artisan Straps products are covered by our lifetime warranty, which guarantees them against failure of any quality issues with materials and craftsmanship. 

We cover everything except accidental damage and general wear and tear.

Returns Policy 

It is important to us that you are happy with the product(s) you have purchased from us. We quality check all of our products prior to dispatch and are confident in what we have crafted before we send your order out to you. 

If you have any issues with your purchase we are happy to look at the issue and provide you with a reasonable resolution.

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for your funds to become available.

Change of mind returns 

All items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, and in their original packaging.

For made-to-order straps:

A refund (or store credit) can be provided for made-to-order straps. Customers will incur a 25% restocking fee as your custom strap cannot be resold at full value. This applies to orders that are cancelled after the crafting process has begun.

For ready stock straps:

A refund, less shipping cost, will be provided if the item is returned in the same condition as it was purchased.  

Return of faulty goods

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Without limiting the effect of the Australian Consumer Law, where you have purchased a product from us that:

  • is faulty, unsafe, contains a defect, or is not of acceptable quality, appearance or finish;
  • is not fit for its intended purpose; or
  • does not match the product image or our description,

or we are otherwise legally obliged to accept a return of the product under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law (“Deficient Product”), we will accept returns and provide you with an exchange, repair, credit note or refund (at your election) using your original payment method. However, we reserve the right not to offer a credit note, exchange or refund where the goods have become of unacceptable quality a result of your misuse, damage or neglect.

If you believe an item you've purchased from us is a Deficient Product, contact us at with (if applicable) images and other descriptions of the fault or deficiency.

Returns process 

1. Initiate process 

Email us at to initiate the returns process. We will email you the relevant next steps. 

2. Post item(s) 

Securely pack your item(s), please use original packaging. Drop off your parcel at the specified returns location. 

3.  Refund

Once your items are received, we will process your refund. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for your funds to become available.
