+ Curved Ends

This add-on is to convert one set of straps to have curved ends. Curved ends are particularly useful to prevent the straps from rubbing the case of the watch. Some watches require curved ends such as F.P. Journe, JLC (Master Control), Ming etc. due to the spring bar holes being located close to the watch.

We offer curved quick-release spring bars in the following sizes:

• 17mm
• 18mm
• 19mm
• 20mm
• 21mm
• 22mm

Please note that this add-on is for made-to-order straps ONLY and please allow an extra week for crafting curved-end straps.

NOTE: Curved ends do not mean the strap sits flush with the case. This would require a special proprietary insert that matches the case of the watch, which at this time, we are not able to produce.

For watches with long lugs, we now offer a curved end option with straight spring bars to reduce the gap between the watch 

The sizing is in the format as follows: (LUG WIDTH/BUCKLE WIDTH)

• The lug width refers to the width of the strap at the lugs (where it connects to the watch).
• The buckle width refers to the width of the strap at the buckle or clasp.

For the strap length:

• Short: 105mm/70mm will suit a 145 mm - 167.5 mm wrist size. (5.7 - 6.7 inches)
• Standard: 115mm/75mm will suit a 162.5mm - 182.5mm wrist size. (6.4 - 7.1 inches)
• Long: 125mm/80mm will suit a 182.5 mm - 212.5 mm wrist size. (7.1 - 8.2 inches)

With our leather straps, we recommend avoiding any contact with water. This means to avoid showering, swimming or submerging the strap in water. While our leathers may have strong water resistance on the surface, water may seep through to the fibres of the strap through the stitching holes.

However, if your strap does get wet, we recommend allowing it to fully dry before applying a bees wax or mink oil based leather conditioner to replenish the lost oils. We also recommend applying a leather conditioner ever 6-12 months to prolong the lifespan of the strap.

Avoid contact with alcohol and solvents (think perfumes and colognes!) as this weakens the integrity of the edge finishing.
